...unless you want to receive one in used condition with last years diary in it!

Abysmal customer service, take 48h to reply and then are not in the slightest bit helpful.

If you do decide to buy anything from them, use PayPal as you've got more chance of getting decent service via PayPal when they send you a damaged/old/used item.

My Filofax leather organizer started to fall apart after 3 weeks and Speedy Hen will not repair or replace it. Nasty, aggressive customer service as well.
