The book I ordered arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging and also with some damage clearly having been incurred prior to packing. I was offered a 15% discount if I kept it but requested a replacement in good condition. This arrived with damage due to the same, inadequate, packaging. At each stage I was asked to provide photos of the damage so SpeedyHen could "send them to the publisher for their quality checks". I twice requested a Freepost address or pre-paid label for the return of the books and was ignored. They instead asked me to repack and label the two damaged books and wait in for a day for their courier to collect them. 25 days after ordering the book and being charged for it, they finally got around to initiating a refund.
