After being let down by a different (cheaper) on-line supplier who said they had stock and could deliver within a few days (they didnt!) I emailed SoundWare requesting confirmation of stock and delivery and was told they had multiple stock and could deliver next day if ordered by 1500 hours. All email communications were responded to quickly in a polite and efficient manner. Price was very competitive too! I ordered at 1430 hours and the package arrived at 0930 the following day! I explicitly contacted SoundWare and explained to them that I need to order urgently and can they check and confirm that they will be able to ship the order within a reasonable 3-5 working days. I explained that one other reseller kept me waiting before refunding my money due to lack of stock (the item in question is an M-Audio 1010LT sound card). Ordered over the net, but problems with stock and easter closing meant delivery before next gig was not possible. One phone call later and problem solved, tho' it meant Soundware had to cover cost of more expensive product and next day delivery, I got my leads in time for the gig. Wor Soundware. (read more)

Amazing customer service provided. All staff are friendly and helpful and will answer any question thrown at them, no matter how silly you sound!! Goods are either readily available or they will order them in and contact you when they are ready. Great to deal with when equipment breaks down, if one of their highly knowledgable staff can't help you troubleshoot the problem, it is sent off for repair and given back within a specified time limit and, again, they contact you when it is back in... Soundware has fantastic customer service, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes before i'm approached. Also, there's never been a problem if i wanted to return an item for whatever reason. Really welcoming store for any level of interest. It's great to be able to walk into it and be left alone top try out equipment too for as long as i like. The website good to with reviews and video links. (read more)
