“Bad?”

I've used ShopTo since 2007, ordered over 250 items and in all that time had 2 go missing. Yes you have to wait 15 days which is a bit much but I got replacements on day 16.

Prices compare with everyone else but does everyone else give you money back? Do they over a text order service with a £1 refund?

Never had a problem in 5 years and always when contacted customer service got a helpful reply straight away.

Anyone giving a 1 star review probably complains about sky being a little too blue sometimes.
