i waited over 3 weeks for a pre ordered cd that i pre order over 4 weeks befor it was due to be realised,,and when i emailed them i got the shortest email back saying we will look into it,, i had apology or sorry for inconvenience,, or nothing its a big joke,, i would defiantly not be recommending this to a friend i will advice them to go to amazon
