“Cheap lottery”

I returned 2 20m cables as I had ordered 15m ones. I was told I should be pleased as I got extra cable free! I then made over 10 phone calls and sent 30 or 40 emails. This firm was also called shop eleven I think. I contacted head office and nobody wanted to know. After 3 months they refunded the cables but not my return postage which was as much as the cables. After dozens more emails ( I know not really worth it) I finally contacted my credit card company (nationwide) who to my surprise refunded the postage for me straight away.
