I ordered 3 items, 2 of which were play trade items and did not expect them to be delivered quickly. However, the other item was a ps3 game (brand new) which I selected the 'Express Delivery' option for next day delivery. What a joke. Nearly a week has passed since I ordered this item and it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed play.com 3 times to no reply (extremely poor customer service) even the email receipt for my complaint said it would be dealt with the next working day, still not one reply. In the end I did ring up to enquire where my item was, the woman seemed friendly enough and refunded my express delivery cost but no apology was given. To cut this story short, don't bother with this company let alone the 'express delivery option'. If you need an item quick, Look elsewhere!
