This is a classic example of what happens when a small company giving good service grows big and gets bought out by a large company run by accountants.

They literally now have no idea what they are doing, and don't bother ringing them to ask as the people manning the call centre on merseyside have even less idea and zero interest.

The call centre staff tell you one thing and emails tell you another.
Goods are sent6 to the invoice address instead of the delivery address.

I gave them another chance after years of using Amazon, only because the phone I wanted was £60 cheaper on Play.
I now remember why I stopped using Play in favour of Amazon in the first place.
