Having made many orders with play I never experienced a problem other than a rather slow delivery. However, they made a mistake on my BOGOF Disney offer. Not once but twice they sent the incorrect bluray, they even changed the invoice ( I have kept all original emails so can prove this) so that it appeared on their system that they had sent the correct one. I had to make many phone calls to their centre which I strongly suspect was not UK based as their grasp of English was minimal. I was told that I would be emailed; they did not do this. I sent an email which was unanswered and finally I was refunded the amount I was owed, minus 99p! They are a big company and have very poor customer service, quite alarmingly they hold the credit card details of many people. Avoid like the plague.
