My wife ordered two skateboards for our children, which arrived damaged in transit - the packaging was completely inadequete. Following a series of phone calls and emails, we received a returns authorisation, stating we had to remain in the house from 9-5.30 for courier collection (makes the school run a little difficult as weekend collection is not an option). On calling to arrange for the time, and after 15 minutes on hold was told that they cannot discuss the issue with me due to data protection issues and cut me off. I will never order anything from them again.
