“Wrong item sent”

I have been a customer of Play.com for some time. Recently I ordered 2 items. When the box arrived, it had one small item in it with a invoice to someone in Dorest and the item was not something I had ordered. Play had taken the money out of my account for the two items I had ordered. I contacted them and they advised that they would send out one of my items but would not send the other until I had returned the incorrect sent item to them, they also refused a refund for the item they had not sent. I had appalling customer service. Nobody actually answered my questions, I was sent standard replies which did not satisfy my complaint. I also had to spend my own money to send the item back as they refused to collect it and now have to try and claim the postage back from them. All this for something that was not my fault and their mistake. Morally this is disgusting behaviour for such a big company, they simply don't seem to care once they have taken your money and not even fulfilled the order. I will NEVER buy anything from Play.com again, they are a bunch of crooks. Amazon for me all the way from now on!
