THEY SAY ITEMS SENT AND 25 DAYS LATER STILL NOT HERE!!!!!!

I EMAIL WEEK 1 TO 3 TO SORT PROBLEM.

EMAIL REPLY IS "SORRY LAMP IS DAMAGED ETC ETC ETC" ????????????????????????????
