I have tried contacting customer service by telephone several times and after waiting over ten minutes they still do not answer.
Emailing them is just as useless as they never answer a question directly but write what reads like a generic response that skirts around the question.
On more than one occasion I have pre-ordered an item which states 'released on ..' only to find that days after the release date the order status is changed to 'awaiting stock' - They should not take orders they cannot fulfil.
A point of interest was over the Christmas period they were advertising a 'price promise'. On searching the site I could not find any further information at all regarding terms and conditions. Upon emailing customer services with a screen grab of the advertisement they wouldn't acknowledge that they have a price promise policy and told me they could help me no further!
