I ordered a box set via express delivery at a cost of £4.99 so that I could receive it the next day.
Two days later I called to see where my purchase was and I was told that it could possibly be with by the end of the week and that there was no explanation for the delay. The communication was terrible as the call centre was abroad possibly in India.

I ordered the box set as am off my feet for a couple of weeks due to an operation and I will not use Play.com again.
