Had purchased quite a few items from Play.com; mostly their signed pre order CDs. Now, out of the blue I no longer have access to that account and they've cancelled all orders under the account.
I suspect that they haven't been able to supply some of these items any more and rather than just inform me they use their cowboy tactics and just poo all over the customer. Three e-mails and a phone call later and I'm still bemused. Some of these items are no longer available on Play.com, so shall head over to Ebay; at least there they look after the customer.
Something Play.com manages to screw up at every corner; think they've forgotten they need customers to have a business.
Shall never buy from again!!!
