I just reviewed my order history with Play.com after having yet another problem with slow delivery. Out of the 7 orders placed 2 never turned up and I had to wait over a month to get money back and another two were delayed by more than a week over what it should have been.

If you are in no hurry to get the item order from them and you may get it however if you want it before the next Christmas with out the hassle look elsewhere.
