Ordered a steam mop £100 payed extra for next day delivery last week still waiting on it send 6 emails to customer service still no reply they took the £100 out my account after me asking them on emails to just cancel the mop never returned my emails had to go to citizen advice to get my money back still waiting dont no use this company wish I had read these reviews before I used pitch useless rip off tv
