Ordered the supergazebo after many phone calls told so many lies its unreal.You can't get a freephone number customer services, supervisors don't exist in the call center. We cancelled twice and reordered due to false promises and different information from call center and customer services by email. They said it was on a van and guaranteed delivery -it never existed they didn't even have any stock. They hang on to your money knowing full well they don't have the goods and constantly lie to you. Then when we did eventually get a gazebo the call center tried to get me to pay for a 'free trial offer of vouchers!!!' but weren't forth coming to tell you that you had to pay for it.My phone bill was £94 most of it due to pitch tv. The gazebo is great excellent quality but I would NEVER buy from pitch tv again they are appalliing you don't even get an apology. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
If they had told me it would be 8-12 weeks when I ordered it I would have been fine about it at least you have the option to wait or not.

yes agree i have ordered and still no gazebo told lies, was told have it wed then friday then monday, then missing it has been ordered 3 times, customer services no good, say they will phone you back and dont, cant get to speak to any one higher up as they are in meetings, would try to stay away

The best way to get sorted is to email their custormer service then avoid talking to call center cos they have no idea what is happening.
We managed to get sorted with this girl. Good Luck .and if you get it you will get a call from call center offering you free vouchers for all sorts but they don't tell you that there is a fee upfront then you have to cancel subscribtion - can you imagine what that would be like!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
