I ordered and paid for 2 over priced lampshades. Just one arrived. They have no customer service at weekends and so had to wait till Monday. Phoned this morning to explain the problem. At 17:45 they STILL have not contacted the supplier to sort this out. I am hugely fed up with it all and would not use this company again as it is not reliable or able to deal efficiently with customer complaints.
