ABSOLUTE RIP OFF....!!!

I order a Mother's Day card and a customised basket which I paid 16.95 for next day delivery which, at the time I knew was very expensive but I had just had an operation and my mother was taking care of my toddler so I thought just this once as I was appreciative of her help and I really wanted her to get them for Saturday in time for Mothering Sunday. I then called the company and said I had paid a lot for next day delivery and would they refund if the items didn't arrive on time and they said they would definitely refund. The card arrived and the gift is supposed to be arriving this evening. I called and said they hadnt arrived and they said apparently I had only paid the 16.95 for the next day delivery on the card! I remember ordering the card which was customised with what seemed to be a nice ribbon and a silk rose on the front but my mum said its cheap and definitely not worth the 15.00. So in the end I ended up paying over 30.00 just for a card...!!!! When I complained they said it was up to the companies that sent the goods but that it was my fault I had misread it. Their website is completely misleading, they are unhelpful and they are such a con!!!
The whole thing made me so angry and if you care about quality and your money do not use them!!!
