Ordered a present for my mothers birthday last week. Paid extra for a two day delivery to ensure it arrived on time. However, still have not received the delivery. Money was taken from my account as soon as I ordered. I have tried to contact them four times now, however, my emails just simply are getting ignored. My advice - do not order from them, they do not care about customers! Have previously ordered some other things from them with no problems, however, just exceptionally frustrating when things go wrong, they do not want to know.
