I am amazed that Music Magpie is still in business.
I was offered £290 online for an iPhone 6 64gb pristine condition. I had help resetting the phone from the genius bar at my local apple store who moved my days and offered me £230 but decided to send to Music Magpie which was a huge mistake.
After sending my package in a box and bubble wrap I got a message revising the offer to £40 due to "case damage". Knowing the phone was pristine I declined and asked for the phone to be returned. To my amazement the phone has been broken while with Music Magpie.
I am now taking legal action against them.

What's your plan to take legal action against them? I've had the same issue, was offered £390 for an iPhone 6s in perfect condition, when they reviewed the phone they have said there is an issue with the charging port and offered me £80, I charged it before I sent it off and it worked perfectly fine. I'm just wondering what to do if they have broke it. Thanks
