The process was simple beginning to end. I had no trouble getting a quote for my phone (I got several and MM was one of the highest) and, once I'd posted it, I had confirmation of delivery and the money in my account within just a few days. There were no qualms about the condition of my phone so the amount I received was the amount I had been quoted. The only thing I was unsure of was whether my phone was insured by MM's freepost service - this could have been clearer in the PDF that the shipping label came in. I'm sure I could have got a little more for my phone on eBay but this was way, way easier.
