Avoid music magpie sent them a phone in good condition as they offered £50 for it, then we received a email reducing the offer to £5 as the camera was faulty. We checked the phone it was fine when we sent it so asked them to check it again. We then received a email saying the camera lenses was scratched. We knew the phone was good when we sent it as had checked it and would never have sent it to them in the first place. So we asked them to send it back so we could sell it elsewhere. We received it back the lens had been scratched the life out of. It also had a nice new scratch on the screen which it never had before.We knew this as we only took the screen protector off when we went to post it. And to add to it they didn't return the charger. We have emailed them requesting an explanation and surprise surprise no response.
