I sent them an almost new game with some DVDs and other older games. They offered me £18 pounds over a which was bad to begin with.
They emailed me weeks later saying I needed to verify my bank details. As SOON as i did that they followed with an email saying my new game was 'damaged artwork' and my other DVDs were damaged too, which they absolutely were not. They were all I'm perfect condition. They won't even send your stuff back, I would have even paid the postage to have my so called damaged items returned to me.
This company are taking advantage of people who in a recession will try and sell their items to make a bit of cash.
Avoid like the plague and don't be tricked by this awful business!!!
