Sent iPhone a month ago, took several weeks to acknowledge receipt then an email stating payment would take 3-5 days. A week later and monies still not received, several emails and a 36 minute call still no answer on what's happened, other than payment must have bounced back!!! I checked my bank details and all are correct, so now got to wait for Magpies accounts team to investigate or is it case they are having a whip round to sort out my payment. DO NOT USE Or TRUST THIS COMPANY. I will be reporting them to Actionfraud, Office of Fair Trading and will be going undercover to interrogate this company for a good BBC Watchdog type programme which my findings will lead to then going out of business.
