I ordered an item for Christmas and I am still waiting. No apology for poor service or recognition of the wait. No one answers the phone and no direct dialogue via email. A very unhappy and disgruntled customer, who now has to go to their credit card provider to ask for a refund as I have not had a response to yet another email sent via their website!!!!!!
