Have bought an expensive alarm clock which I couldn't get elsewhere. Order arrived very quick and everything was fine until it just gave up its ghost. Tried numerous times to contact them, nobody answers phone and emails get ignored! After my third email saying I would contact my credit card company I had an email back. Not saying they were sorry that it had broken so quickly but asking to return it. By that time I have come across all the other bad reviews and were cautious. I've asked for a returns label or confirmation they would refund return but they just very rudely said that I would have to return the item and they would look at it. I am not sending it back because I know I'll loose that money. I am now in touch with my credit card company to try and get the money back. They can come and get the clock themselves.
