One of the worst website I've ever purchased from. For starters my game was a complete bootleg. I couldn't get the game to save properly. Shipping time took more than 2 weeks. When I asked them where my game was , they responded with " it is being shipped by our suppliers" .....Ok really people, we really need to stop these Asian businesses from ruining our economy by making bootleg items. Always be cautions when purchasing something from china. (read more)

JJPgames.com seemed like a legitimate website. They are NOT legitimate at all. I bought a DS lite from them, then found out it was coming from china. It took a month to come, and I was already suspecting it would be a fake. Of course it was. There was no nintendo logo under the words Nintendo DS lite when I turned it on. I ordered a ds lite console for my daughter, when it finally arrived it worked for a couple of hours before the screen failed. I have written four emails to the company asking for their returns details but have heard nothing. Please do not order from this company, you may end up like me out of pocket. (read more)

slow processing of the purchase, when i received the game it came with the label unstuck to the cartridge and the game turned out to be another game entirely and it didn't even work. would not recommend this site to anyone and will never buy from them again. (read more)

If it looks too good to be true, it is. Just go to your local game store and buy it for the extra $15. It'll cost you the original full price, but at least you'll get the actual product and not a fake (yes, these people make fake copies) game. Plus, the product was never even sent. No tracking No. No customer Service. No Way. My Advice... Don't buy something online from China when you know you can get the same product down the street right now. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. i thought i was going to get a good deal for some cheap games because they were overseas, wrong! what i ended up with was a pokemon heart gold that was hacked from a rom version that wouldn't load after i got to the 4th gym. i can still play through, i just can't turn it off. DO NOT believe any positive reviews you see for this website, these guys are complete liers and thieves. Within hours of making my order, I decided to cancel. You think that would be easy right? After weeks of trying to get a hold of someone I was promised by a guy named "Van" that my refund would happen within 24 hours... Did that refund every come? Not a chance. I ordered the game pokemon black for the nintendo DS. It took almost a month to arrive! Ok, when it arrived it was factory sealed shrink wrapped and everything...looked exactly like the game. open it up and go to play it...it loaded up a spongebob game on the DS and it was broken! The case and manuals must have been printed off b/c looking at it closely there were lots of red flags on there. 3 weeks after ordering and still nothing at all. I tried contacting them but have not gotten any response. All other reviews that I've read about where customers have recieved their products say that it is not the real version of the game, but a hacked copy. I suspect most of the positive reviews are written by the company itself. They all seem to have a slight bit of farmiliarity. If you are in the US do not buy! (read more)

I ordered the game "Pokemon: Fire Red" and got it within their shipping time, problem is I got a fake game. There was no box, wireless adapter, instruction book, and the sticker on the cartridge wasn't shiny. Also when turning on the game, I get a message saying "the save file is ok". Great, easy to use store with great prices. Shipping was prompt and well packed. I purchased a couple of games and a controller, the games were in good condition as described but one of the controller was in poor condition. Ordered Pokemon Silver for Gameboy Color. First, I never even got a shipping confirmation email. After weeks of waiting, I finally received my package. It came from china. I was suspicious right off the bat because I ordered it for Gamboy Color and it came in Gameboy advance. The game's sticker was falling off the front! It did take a few weeks I'm afraid and was then verified as a fake by Nintendo. I have not had any luck getting my money back, if there is any way you can cancel and get a refund go for it!
