Wish I read this before ordering my kids Xmas jumper. Ordered 27 Nov, checked up on it a week later - got an apology and its immediately dispatched message. No it wasn't, a week later I get a dispatched email. Woohoo. Ah no, no parcel - gonna miss Xmas as we are away. No response from customer services for three days. Getting the money back won't fix the problem sadly.
