Fifteen days after order and still no decent communication from them, they seem to be sitting there eating their mince pies and pushing send on an automated email to everyone that complains. If left to them they wouldn't even have bothered to advise that there was a delay. They fail to realise that the problem is with THEM and THEIR chosen courier.

Appalling Customer Service and will not be using again. Christmas is not an unusual occurrence and other suppliers are more than capable of dealing with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
