I ordered a gift for my sister which 3 weeks later hasn't arrived. I have had no joy with their email 'customer service' as I am repeatedly told someone is looking into it, with seemingly no progress being made. I have to continually email them to even get these 'we are looking into it' responses. I was given no tracking number for the delivery.
The single fact I find most reprehensible about this company is that they have NO PHONE NUMBER. This tells me they have only contempt for their customers - once a customer has a complaint or a situation to resolve, they are not interested. They are only interested in getting our money and then making the process of complaining so difficult that we hopefully ( for IWOOT ) give up.
I hope this review is read by someone contemplating making an order with this company. Please, they have no concern for the customer if anything goes wrong. Save yourself cash and hassle by going elsewhere. Maybe if enough people do this, falling revenues will force IWOOT to actually open dialogue with their customers.
