I ordered 2 items for my son from "I Want One Of Those" and we eagerly awaited delivery in "2-3 days". After 8 days nothing had arrived and I phoned to ask for it to re re-sent. Was told i had to wait for 10 working days i.e. 2 weeks. Clearly it was never going to arrive now, but I duly waited for the 2 weeks to be up and phoned to re order. Items are now out of stock. I eventually spoke to a manager (Andy) who said they would now send a form for me to complete to claim my refund. He couldn't send the form himself but would ask the correct department to do this. He was not interested, no apology. Apparently I'd entered into a contract with them and it was my problem (and my £40!). The refund form was to be e-mailed to me withing the hour. That was 2 days ago and the form hasn't arrived. No one at customer service can help until 11 am tomorrow now (it's 6pm).
Shame as their products looked interesting, but shocking customer service. Given the other reviews I've now seen here, I'm doubtful the item was even dispatched. Don't believe the reassurances about parcel tracking - this only applies to more expensive items (they say), so no way of knowing if Royal Mail even handled this.
