Having used previously without issue I again made orders with this company prior to Christmas 2011.
To summarise - arrival of orders that were sent took absolutely ages, some items from the order were initially notified as awaiting delivery were then updated to being out of stock at a point where it was too late to seek replacements elsewhere, in short they took orders for items they didn't actually have. Other items arrived after Christmas this despite the order being placed in the first week of December, so hardly last minute.
I won't be using again!
