I purchased a couple of items from these guys last week. I received email updates, order placed and order despatched with tracking number. Happy days.

A few day later, no delivery. I checked tracking info which said the consignment was still waiting to be picked up. Thought nothing of it as courier companies don't often update tracking info.

After 5, yes 5 working days of waiting, I contacted these guys via their 'message' system on their website. After a day, I received a
