I ordered from Handtec since they had the Pre 3 in stock, and the card got charged by Google Checkout Monday morning. The customer service has been excellent in response time and their answers, but they still haven't shipped the item 2 days after the card got charged and the item still was in stock. It might be because Google used all weekend to charge my card after paying by Google Checkout, but hopefully it will be shipped soon. Overall i would recommend Handtec to friends and family.

Same problem with me. After 3 days they still haven't sent my order which they claimed was in-stock and ready for next day delivery. I payed using paypal, thereby my payment was immediate. They also stopped answering to my emails 2 days ago.
