Part of my order was delivered after 2 weeks (Mounting plate for sat nav), I am still waiting for the second part of my order (cradle for satnav)two months later. Very long delay in replying to first e-mail and no repy to my most recent one four weeks ago. Avoid this company - total rip off.

Ordered item for £15.97 from Handnav Technology - item received was incorrect. Company contacted but failed to respond. Very poor customer service.

Never received goods ordered from Handnav Technology. No refund ever received. Tried to phone on numerous occasions (15 to 20 times) - actually getting a reply twice with promises to sort things out. Promises broken. No more need be said..

I ordered a ProClip mount for my car and an active holder for my mobile - both items marked as "In stock" (as probably everything in the shop). However, 2 days later I was informed that there is only a small number of left-hand drive ProClips available (I am not from UK) and unfortunately mine is not one of them. I waited almost two weeks until HandNav got my items and finally dispatched the package - a week later it arrived at my place.
Apart from the dealy the transaction went pretty smoothly, my emails were answered the same day and I was informed well about progress and any possible problems.
My suggestion for others is to contact HandNav before placing an order to make sure your item IS available. If so, I guess the transaction should go pretty straightforward...

I paid for a Proclip for my car via their Handnav Technology Limited website on Paypal - I had to no receipt from then, and no recognition that I had ordered from them apart from the Paypal order. I emailed them to send the item to another address, not my billing address. No reply. After ringing them I finally get an order number. The website has been down for a week to track delivery and its still down.
After waiting a whole week with no email I contact them again asking where it is, and they assured me it was delivered the day before and should arrive the day or the day after. I asked for a delivery number as it was from Royal Mail next delivery - they couldn't give it to me. An email was sent and no reply about this either. Its been 3 days since I've rung them and no order.
Now its the weekend I have to wait until Monday to contact them again. Its taken over 10 days with no confirmation email, no delivery number.
I wish I saw this site before I ordered. I shall never order from then again.

I ordered a Brodit Proclip mount and holder for a Tom Tom satnav, which were both showing as in stock on their website.
I received an automated acknowledgment but after over a week order tracking was still failing to show the goods as despatched. Three subsequent emails were ignored and the sales line was continually showing as "closed".
I therefore cancelled the Handnav order and re-ordered from DSL Developments and the goods arrived from DSL by recorded delivery the very next day.

I ordered a power cable in aug 07 from Handnav Technology Limited www.handnav.co.uk. They sent me 4 in total all wrong models i have asked for a refund of £19.99 always get promised it will be in my account in four days even spoke to manager.

I ordered a PDA support with a 5 day delivery option. I received the confirmation and 4 days later a further email saying that the order had only just been processed but no delivery date.
Since then nothing. The emails bounce back, the office is closed the whole time. I can not cancel my order, as there is not option to do this and I can not contact them.
Take my advice and DO NOT ORDER from Handnav. I have contacted Protx who do the money side of things for this website and asked them to check out this company.

I wished to order a power cable for my Navman 510 sat nav. I needed it desperately, as mine had broken, and I was due to go on a business trip. I selected next day delivery and opted to pay £19.99 + the additional £7.09 charge. Although I got the e-mail confirming the payment, the next e-mail I got from Handnav Technology said that it was standard 3 - 5 day delivery. I e-mailed the company and asked them to confirm that it would definitely be next day delivery, which they did. The next day though, the order did not arrive; nor did it the day after.
After waiting several days and not receiving it, I cancelled the order. This was done without too much hassle, but it was clear that even after several days, my order was nowhere near being dispatched. Standard delivery from Navman took just 48 hours!

In November I ordered a mobile phone holder for my Nokia, quite a common make of phone. The holder I selected was shown as in-stock with 3 to 5 days delivery. 18 days later in the middle of December I am still waiting. Customer service is non existant e-mails are ignored and so you have to telephone an 087 number and wait (you are number 3 in the queue) etc. Only to be given false promises. No appology, or explanation etc. just total ignorance on their part.
