Bought 2 playstation 4's and 2 extra pads from these guys, one of the controllers is falling apart (rubber split and falling off) phoned them up and was told yep its fine i gave them the date of purchase etc and went in with a receipt.
Then was told since the receipt was for a controller only they will not honour the replacement they offered on the phone as they only provide a guarantee for controllers for 6 months ? Where is this mentioned ?
After spending the best part of £1000 in the last month or so i am so disapointed with there customer services / policy's.
