This company know how to treat their customers. The level of support and service received from the team there was second to none. Tweets and emails answered within minutes sometimes within seconds. Nothing to much trouble and all replies sent with the upmost of respect ( I asked so dumb questions as well). I pre ordered my Switch through them. I wanted to trade an iPad to cover some of the cost. The price I was offered for the iPad was excellent. A lot more than GAME offered me. The transaction was dealt with seamlessly. It was so good in fact that in the same week I decided to trade in a Apple Watch for a 3DS XL. Again great price offered for the Watch. They organise a courier to pick it up and sort payment or credit within 24 hours. For me this was done much much quicker than this. When they received the Watch the 3DS was sent out that same day and received by me the next day... awesome. They kept me informed via text of what step the trade was at. You can't ask for more. I don't normally do reviews but when I get treated well I am a loyal customer. Gamestaar and definitely my go to gaming company from now on.
