Ordered a GameSeek item through another company. Was sent an email 2 weeks after I had made the purchase to say my item had been shipped when apparently it wasn't even in stock however had only found that out once I had to get in contact with GameSeek which was a nightmare over a month later. I asked for a refund twice, they ignored me and sent me the item. This was a Christmas gift which I had bought on the 8th November and recieved it around the 15th/16th December.
