I bought a doll for my child through GameSeek. Before it had even arrived, they sent me an email asking me for a positive review as they'd 'packaged my item with care' etc. Well, I received a pack of playing cards instead, intended for some bloke in London. After refusing to post me the correct item until I had posted back the cards to them, they have now taken over a month to acknowledge receipt of the item and are refusing to send me the doll or give me a refund. Incredibly poor customer service and fraudulent to not provide what someone has paid for (neverminding that I had to post the item back myself).
