Don’t get me wrong, I like the British sense of humour.

I placed a pre-order of a PS4 game a few weeks before the release date at gameseek.
First the game didn’t arrive due to a wrong address on the parcel and returned tot the UK.
Second, it didn’t arrive after two more weeks.
The game is now out at the dealers since 3 weeks and laughing at my face from every shop window.
That’s maybe not the basic intention of a pre-order, isn’t it?
Your help desk is very kind and with a lot of warm words, but no clue where the parcel is.
Bloody hell, I’m GERMAN! I love tracking numbers. Just to safe your own dignity, please introduce the tracking number system to your shipping process. Even it’s just to show, it’s not your fault.
