Two items ordered, one item sent. On complaining there was no apology just a stupid email about the care they took to pick and pack the goods. Well they took a lot of care as they eventually sent the wrong item out. I was then told I couldn't have my original item until I took time out to send the old one back.
I am probably wasting my time writing this as they won't post it but that will just highlight the companies ethics?
