GameXchange customer service is first class. We pre-ordered fifa15, unfortunately we did not get it on the day of launch but gameXchange literally couldn't have done more to get it to us the next day. I didn't get a chance to check my emails until 5pm on the Friday night and had to send payment. I didn't think there would be anyway they would have got the game in the post let alone it be delivered the next day, but they did it. Absolutely first class service, will definitely buy again and recommend without hesitation. Many thanks GameXchange
