I placed my order with your company on the 19/12/15 and received confirmation of my order and that it had been dispatched. Up until this stage everything seemed fine until i realised i had been charged twice!! To top it off, after numerous unanswered calls and emails to your company i have still not received my order which was meant to be here by Christmas. I will be taking further action, i expect a full refund aswell as my goods & if i do not receive some contact from you soon i will also be making a visit to your office
