Decent Enough

I can’t speak highly enough about this company. During my first visit, I first inquired through email to see if it’s really working and if they do respond to customer’s inquiries. I asked them if it’s safe to order from their website and am I entitled for a refund if I didn’t like the product I received. They replied quickly which took about 20minutes only. One of their customer representatives told me that the website is safe and secure and they would also definitely refund if I’m not satisfied with the product. They also informed that I’m fully entitled with the guaranteed and warranty once I placed an order.

From ordering to dispatch and arrival of my very first order which is the complete DVD collection of “Mad About You” and I must say that it was a first class service! They always made a follow up email on every questions I asked when I asked for the location, they always replied with very detailed information that’s why they gained my trust easily. The DVDs came in excellent condition with all the complete episodes from the whole 7 seasons of “Mad About You”. The quality is outstanding, it’s not like you’re watching it on TV before, it’s more like watching it on high definition. I would like to commend those staff of DVDBooth who produced this whole boxset! They really know how to keep their promise!
