“Worst website ever!”

I ordered a refurbished PS3 from consolemasterltd.co.uk. The price was very good and the website look legit. Delivery was free and was meant to be within 3 - 5 days. On day 4 I emailed them asking for a tracking number for my parcel but I never received a reply so I tried to call them. The phone number on the site was dead so at this point I started to get a concerned so I contacted PayPal and raised a dispute.
