What more could you want?
The web site is clean and fast, not overly glossy or glamorous but does the job and does it well.
Service is efficient and personal, with emails which look like they've had time spent on them to give them a personal touch - even with links to game guides for my purchases being provided!

I'd have no qualms in buying from Chillout again in the future and might even check out how much I can get for some of my old games too...
