They charged me for two DVD's by mistake. I received one and then I received a phone call from DHL about another one. I informed them to send it back. CheerDVD still have not refunded my money for the other DVD and want to charge me £10 postage for the return!!!

Thank you. Really appreciate an Internet based company with a good customer service department. I received my correct order today and it arrived in time for my daughters birthday.
