They can't get pre-orders out on time like all other websites or meet dates given on their site. They refuse to allow you to have a refund unless you keep sending them e-mail expressing what they have done wrong and how they are treating their customers badly and finally when they do the right thing by saying you can have a refund they put a charge of £3 on it out of no where, plus the charge of sending the parcel back and considering the CD is worth £7, they still make at least £2-£3 profit and can re-sell the item. I have never experienced any company as bad as them and I will never shop there again and i'd advise my fiends the same.
